Recently I got an unwelcome hello from my now soon-to-be-gone gallbladder. I’m all good and in good hands… but I’m out of comission for a while longer and am unable to answer my email. If there’s anything urgent that requires my attention - or that maybe they can answer - please contact Pam (pamkittymorning) or Mo (lime gardenias). Thanks bunches! Monica

September 7th, 2010Hey! I know your pain lady, I had my nasty old gal bladder removed a couple of years back. Once it was removed I could eat anything I wanted! Hello ice cream, hello pizza, hello fatty gooey cheeses. The surgery was a miracle. You’ll be a new woman once you’re healed. Let’s get hot fudge sundaes!!

My husband had the gal bladder thing awhile back. The Dr told him the pain was equal to giving birth. I told the Dr to hush his mouth. For your sake I hope he was wrong. xoxo

September 10th, 2010Been there, done that as well. I went with a no fat diet for a few weeks before surgery and felt great. Give that a try (if you haven’t already), and feel better soon!
