Merry Christmas
December 25th, 2009
No White Christmas like last year… so I stay focused on my tree and pretend. Sipping my hot cider while Christmas with the Brady Bunch plays softly in the background Mr. Zombie’s Mythbuster’s marathon and roaring fire lulls me into staying in my jammies and eating way too much spinach dip.
Again… ham dog Madison wants in the shot.
Showing off her acting skills… Clint Eastwood imitation: “Get off my lawn“. (thanks Heidi and Frank!)
Yawn. I’m boring her.
Merry Christmas from our home to yours! May your day be filled with family, friends, food and frivolity.
And may all your Christmas photos turn out G Rated and your ornaments be well hung.

(were its cool and raining ah bless)
Oh, I would love to have stayed in my jammies all day, but we went visiting for tamales and a (disastrous!) Laker game on the TeeVee. Watching sports is not my idea of fun, but the people watching with us were. Anyway, back home and chilling out with the pooches and the husband and the fire now, and playing with our new Christmas toys.
Looks like you didn’t quite make your goal of having all g-rated photos. Ahem.
Merry Christmas one last time, dollink! You were my best discovery of 2009!
December 25th, 2009Now, hush! I did too discover you! You didn’t exist before I found you, did you? Well, DID YOU???? I thought not.

December 25th, 2009Monica, Merry Christmas to you! Every time I look at your blog, I re-resolute to become a quilter, and I hope this year it’s in my actual gpt-er-done list of accomplishments! At least I can’t say I’m not inspired! Plus, if I don’t run over my finger with the sewing machine, my hands won’t be so bad off as they get baking bread lol. Right now they feel like I’ve been working in cement! Thanks for all your inspiring work! Karen

It sounds like you had a very relaxing day and Madison is too cute for words. :-)
We got up yesterday and went to the movies then we decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Eureka, CA - spending the night at a rest stop (that’s the great thing about an RV) and finally just now arriving back home.
Here’s to a happy 2010!
