The life of my sweatshirt on the D-List

June 20th, 2008

My tv debut on My Life on the D-List. Well… sort of.

A thank you gift I gave to Kathy Griffin. Re-gifted! Tiz ok though… I got my jollies seeing it on tv, and I’m glad that it’s being worn and going to good use. With the audio off - it appears my sweatshirt was stolen from Kathy… a scuffle ensues… and justice served.

Seriously… how D-List am I… that I’m blogging about a sweatshirt I saw on TV! Simple pleasures - for simple minds.

I love Kathy. I watched this irreverent episode the other night while doing 2 other things. At least I think it was this episode. Now I have to go back and watch it again. I DVR’d it. Kathy is hilarious. Her religious jokes aside.

That is too cool, though! They totally look like they are having a smackdown over your shirt.

What a hoot! That’s even better than DD, Blondie, hearing her own shout out to David Archuleta on a You Tube rebroadcast of the American Idol finale. LOL!

I hate to admit this, but I’m so lost. I get the sweatshirt thing, but I don’t even know who Kathy is. Even without the knowing, those pictures are quite funny but now I really need to watch this D-list thing to see what the heck you’re talking about. And why did you send her a sweatshirt?

Kathy is really a fun girl…she used to date Nick Nolte from Rich Man Poor Man…remember him…

sorry about the abbreviation of SF on my blog the other day taht made you want to tar and feather me..my friend Terry flies for United Airlines and all those flight attendants say “San Fran” so that is where I got it from….I don’t know why it upset you…you don’t live in San Francisco….??? Oh well, so sorry…..YIKES>>>

I live near Boston Massachusetts and it is frequently referred to as “bean town” so I guess it is just a nickname so to speak for a beautiful city.

    anyhow, thanks for stopping by..

freakin’ high-larious! I love the D-List! That was a great episode. I didn’t realize how much the meaning could change without the sound turned on. ha ha

Ok, I don’t get it either. How did you get a sweatshirt to Kathy Griffin? Did you give it to her at a little quilting soiree and she wears it now to show how awesomely cool she is? Maybe she will have a new show that you could co-host…..”D List Zombies Quilting Party”.

That would work except you are DEFINITELY an “A List” quilter.
    Happy Wednesday Monica!

Farting around with needle & thread and then blogging about it.
