Market/Chapter 1 ~ Set-up Day & Sample Spree

I’m just getting started. Oh yes… this is just the start. Having way too much - so I’m taking a little break from market today and resting the ol feet. Just a few pics from set-up and Sample Spree. More to come. Oh. So. Much. More.

Wool delights from Brenda. I got to shop early and Bren’s wool is THE most beautiful wool ever. EVER!
Sandra, Tara and Kathy from The Teacher’s Pet. These gals were such a hoot and so, so sweet! And now I’m outing Kathy as my favorite lurker!
Me, Jennifer, Pam and Elizabeth. Jennifer’s giving us the star treatment… Pam and I are giving her the boob treatment.
I didn’t take too many photos at Sample Spree. Maybe because I was too busy spreeing. More to come when I get back!
PS… guess who else came to Market? Yup… Triskit is who. And she’s making her rounds. Not only has she gone to Market… Triskit now has her very own stylist. By Market’s end, she’ll no doubt be needing a PA, a publicist, driver and personal chef. Triskit’s gettin’ around. Just saying.

I about choked laughing so hard at the boob comment, I’m still laughing, and will everytime I think of either you or pam (for a while) hahaha. Its so clever and funny. You are such a bunch of great girls. I was right in there with you in spirit. I can’t think of a better group to get into trouble with.
I look forward to seeing more! Wouldn’t it be hard not to bandit that spree stuff.

May 19th, 2008Monica!!! I’m so sad I missed you at Market! Crap! I was at sample spree too but was a tad overwhelmed. I am dying here at your boob comment because I was just telling my roomies at Market yesterday that I was walking around Sample Spree in a sea of boobs (am am a tiny 5-ft-tall with no chest and my face was right at boob lever with everyone else!!! LOL!) I might have grazed your boob once or twice and never known it. eeek! ;)
So glad you had a great time. I had an amazing time and as soon as I get my butt in gear I will download all the hundreds of pictured I took and blog away. Isn’t Jennifer P. the sweetest thing EVER??? UGH! I just wanted to squeeze her for an hour!

I had been puzzling over it because I thought I should know you and suddenly it came clear. Unfortunately, not soon enough so that I could tell you. And you gave such good advice on how far it would be by taxi to that event we wanted to go to … and didn’t. So please accept my apologies for not recognizing you for the star you are!
