Inspiried by some slippers I saw in yesterday’s Target ad… up for grabs is a little strawberry needle book I made along with a pack of my favorite, favorite, favorite brand of embroidery needles. Blah, blah, blah… you know how it works. Leave a comment on this post by 10am PST, Friday Feb 8th., and the newest member of my staff will draw a comment number (who’s been too shy to come out up to this point - until now. If I could figure out how to blog, I’d make a blog and have some giveaways, but unfortunately I’m one of those folks that find this all kinda challenging. But I’m with you on this issue with Sharon. February 5th, 2008I have had a thing for strawberries since I was a tiny little girl. Daddy helped me plant a strawberry patch and mom made me a ceramic tea set (child sized) with lovely strawberry decals on it. And then along came my girls and I am always draw to the little dresses and outfits that have strawberries on them. What I’m trying to say, is that I LOVE that needlebook!!! It is so precious, truly too cute!!!
I just think everyone is so fab for doing this to cheer her up; she is such a sweet person!

February 5th, 2008i just found your blog, love it!! even more when i found out you live in astoria. this was my husband’s first cg station out of flight school way back in 1989. wow! i had two of my babies there. still miss it so much. astoria has come along way since then, which is great to see. i can’t wait to visit and go the bridgwater. yummy. thanks for all the inspiration:)
