The List

I was tagged by Pam and Missy with a fun to-do list. Eight or so days between posts, and today I have two. I should put continuity on my fantasy to-do list.
1. Return George Clooney’s phone calls. O-kay, ok… we’ll do lunch. Happy now?
2. Refresh the housekeeper of all her daily duties and chores.
3. Send Oprah a thank you note for the nice weekend visit at her Santa Barbara house.
4. Talk to Barbara about me filling the empty seat and promise not to yell or fight.
5. Send email reply to Moda. Why yes… I can make room for a bolt of everything.
6. Pack for trip to Australia, New Zealand, Paris, London, Germany and Barcelona.
7. Wake up.

Farting around with needle & thread and then blogging about it.
Guess what?! I finally got your magazine yesterday! I loved yelling out in the store, “There’s Monica’s quilt!” and, “I know her!” and things like that. lol! Of course, my 13 year old was totally embarrassed…but that’s like a 13 year old girl’s job when she is with her mother out in public, isn’t it??? lol!
And…I am back-FINALLY-working on the Mimi’s Quilt Along quilt. Had to leave it in the WIP pile for a while, but sat down to make two purses today and, well, got just a little distracted…Ahhh…QUILT! Must sew quilt. Purses? What purses??? lol!

June 2nd, 2007wow! What a wierd coincidence! I just put a list of things TO DO on my blog, today and I had not been over here to read that you tagged me for a To Do List! How utterly BEE ZARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Anyway, I have way too much to really do!! Should I go make another one, except funny this time? I am waiting for a call from Kaffe Fassett and Free Spirit- they need to clean out their fabric storage and want me to come get it all!!!! LOL!!!! Now, that’s something TO DO!!!!!!

June 3rd, 2007I had a nightmare that Oprah came to my house to film one of her shows. I had this great house with a garden and all, but the house was a mess inside since I had forgotten that was the filming day! From then on, I try to keep my house kind of picked up in case she comes over! And in the 2 years we lived in SB, we never saw her, even tho we lived right down the street from one of the grocery stores she shopped at. Oh, and if you EVER need help packing stuff up to make room for Moda fabrics, just let me know. I’ll fly right out! :)

June 5th, 2007I have the exact same problem with Johnny Depp calling and Free Spirit wanting my oppinion on things. They want to send me presents, take me to dinner all the time, and I mean, Johnny does have babies and a girlfriend. It’s totally embarrasing.
